The onset of the Anglophone crisis some 8 years ago in the central African country, Cameroon marked the historical origin of the Centre for Education, Health and Empowerment of the less privileged, CEHELP-Cameroon. This center was created to carter for the immediate need of the displaced population in the urban centers of Fako Division, South West Region where we are located. In its conception, the activities were limited to supporting war/conflict induced street children to return to the classrooms by providing didactic materials to aid in the learning processes.
